Order Processing & Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. International orders may take longer.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

🚨 We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

 

  • Custom Orders: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

 

Digital Downloads Policy

 

  • No Refunds: Digital purchases are non-refundable due to their instant delivery.
  • Licensing: Files are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased. Reselling or redistributing our designs is prohibited.

  • No Changes After Purchase: Once an order is confirmed, we cannot modify or cancel it.
